Yes that is my understanding. I used their WhatsApp number and got an immediate response
I believe they bumped the price to €800 in February or March (which still isn’t bad!), though they still offer it for €720 for Nomad Gate members signing up here.
Would be interested in learning what other providers are charging!

Ciplemaster quote was “The Standard is 4,940€ and the Fast-Track is 5,700€; we do offer a 5% discount if you pay in full, in case you’re interested”

It is indeed eye-opening to see the wide range of offers.
The original price of PLA is only 25 Euros.
For those who are not able to take the PLA course by government in Portugal, fee starts from 710 to 5700 Euros (which is almost equal to the fee of 1st GV card).
