We’re discussing that in the “Awaiting Final Approval (Stage 4)” thread, and whether Bios with no acceptance yet = “formalizado” (per the AIMA email statement _“If the application for the granting of an ARI has already been formalized, you must disregard this notification.”_)

- For our Bios (Dec. '24) [our lawyers say we can disregard the notification](https://community.nomadgate.com/t/awaiting-final-approval-stage-4/45969/2168)
- For @Hippopotamousse’s Bios (June '23), [their lawyers requested a refresh of all docs](https://community.nomadgate.com/t/awaiting-final-approval-stage-4/45969/2174)
- @mohammadreza (May '23 Bios) was also [asked to refresh all docs](https://community.nomadgate.com/t/awaiting-final-approval-stage-4/45969/2177)

So is there a cutoff where previous Bio docs are considered “too old” in this new process? Maybe! Is it the [standard length of time for AIMA Bios](https://community.nomadgate.com/t/awaiting-biometrics-stage-3/37666/1486)? Don’t know!
