Has anybody travelled to Portugal with a COVID proof of recovery issued within USA by a licensed health care provider ?
I don’t see any information related to this special case in the travel restrictions page here. The page says they accept proof of recovery only from third countries under reciprocal conditions. USA is not in that list.
I don’t think you can enter Portugal with a proof of recovery. I would follow entry information listed on the US embassy in Portugal website instead.
