# Dependant without appointment for GV Renewal

Continuing the discussion from [Reschedule Dependent Biometric appointment question](https://community.nomadgate.com/t/reschedule-dependent-biometric-appointment-question/78664):

I received renewal appointments for the principal and the family except for one child. The renewals were presented and at the time we told AIMA one dependant’s renewal date was not given and they did not accept the application with the rest of the family. They said we would need to request a renewal date on the portal and only with an appointment for that dependant could they accept the application and documents. We have not yet been given a appointment for that dependant. Any suggestions?
