I am also working on the same of sole vs company, but i have been told that it will be more expensive euro150 per month for the accounts, and then a lots of other expenses, involved but if it has some tax benefit then it may makes sense

I think You need to do the Company route if you have a company idea already. I would not recommend taking this route just for the GV.
