Hey, I invested with [Mercan](https://nomadgate.com/go/mercan-properties?source=forum) back when real estate was still eligible. They have an office in Business Bay, made getting a bank account easier through them. They do hospitality funds now, look into those.

I’d be wary of any investment that ties back to buildings with beds, perhaps including [Mercan](https://nomadgate.com/go/mercan-properties?source=forum)’s latest offering, unless the specific investment is proven to result in the GV. Some are too new for that. Your simplistic question about a low risk fund is a matter of beauty resting in the eyes of the beholder, risk is personal and there’s no one right answer.
