Has anyone who has applied or is applying for a Portugal golden visa invested in [IMGA](https://nomadgate.com/go/imga-portugal-fund?source=forum) Ações Portugal “Class I” (as opposed to “R” or “A”)?

From the Feb 2025 prospectus (apologies Nomadgate isn’t letting me link it, but if you google for “[IMGA](https://nomadgate.com/go/imga-portugal-fund?source=forum) Ações Portugal prospectus” it will be the first result"):

- This class appears to have much lower expenses (1% vs 2.175% for the other classes)
- It has a much higher minimum investment (€250,000 vs €500/€1000 for the other classes).
- There are apparently only 5 holders of class I (3,232 for class A and 15 for class R).
- Class I are only distributed directly from [IMGA](https://nomadgate.com/go/imga-portugal-fund?source=forum) whereas class A and R are distributed by banks

According to a representative I spoke with at [IMGA](https://nomadgate.com/go/imga-portugal-fund?source=forum), class I units are only sold to institutions not individuals. Oh well.
