# Independant apartment, real estate within a project or fund for GV in Portugal

I am thinking about applying for the Portuguese Golden Visa. I have three options, either to buy an apartment and rent it out myself, but an apartment within a hotel or a project or invest in a fund. Any ideas about which option is better and includes less risk? Thanks
