I know there’s a development requirement that ends up costing much more, but I’m keen to discover if anyone that has pursued this route can share their experience.

- What kind of visa would I require at the outset?

- What timelines are we looking at?

- Can one live in another part of Italy whilst continuing to develop the property?

- Are there multilingual lawyers, real estate agents or other legal experts specialising in this?

- What are the minimum requirements/qualifications?

Cheers
