For me it ended up being the same thing-La Vida was just a middleman to [Mercan](https://nomadgate.com/go/mercan-properties?source=forum). It was an extra fee, and I don’t even deal with them at all anymore. Had I known that it was the same project(s) I would’ve reached out to [Mercan](https://nomadgate.com/go/mercan-properties?source=forum) directly and saved a few euros!
