Hi Guys,

I have been trying to submit the form for partnership here:

> **[Nomad Gate partnership application](https://nomadgate.com/partnership/)**
>
> If you want to partner with Nomad Gate, please complete this short form!

but I keep getting this message whatever I type in:

> Something went wrong while trying to submit. Please try again.

Can someone have a look?..
