# Portugal Golden Visa, end of 20% property discount

Here is a recent article about the changes to GV property investment requirements. It looks like they are getting rid of the 20% discount for certain areas, along with the changes in location.

Basically appears to raise the minimum to €350k for 30-year-old buildings or €500k for new properties and only in interior or Island areas.
