Dec 16 pay date, family some time later.
Jan 25 pre-approval received.

Submission between Dec 12 and 14, family all pre-approved together, presumably based on the main applicantโs date.

We are asking the lawyer about lawsuit against SEF to count the delayed time for pre approval towards the residency requirement. Wondering if anyone else had thought of it.

Many months ago, somewhere on this forum, someone commented that their
lawyer had said there were some rumours about this coming to pass.
But my lawyers poured cold water on that, and not see anything else
since.

I would imagine this to be difficult, but I would try the lawsuit after getting my approval for the sake of disturbances SEF has rendered me.
