I’ve just read this article and came here to post it, but you did it first 
I think this is great news and makes a great precedent.
In two weeks it’ll be a year since I did biometrics in the Lisbon office of SEF. No news since then.

Anyone knows how much it cost to take this case to the court ? I am really considering it now. I think I am going to talk to my lawyer.
I would be happy to pay extra 10k if things could get done within 10 days

I live in uae as well. I used an agency and they are plenty in Dubai who do all translation and legalization with embassies
