Had my biometric appointment in Lisbon on 2/11/26 as the main golden visa applicant, still no status from my attorney on residence card issuance by AIMA. My wife and dependent children have been called for their biometric appointments in February, 2027.
Almost exactly the same as your dates. No dependent appointments yet.
Late reply here but yes, this was/is the norm. It’s very haphazard and typically Portuguese (Or Italian. Or Greek. Or French. Or Spanish, really…). It makes zero sense.
Actually, that was not the norm until SEF to AIMA transition. In the days of SEF, when blocks of appointments were released, lawyers were able to secure appointments for the whole family at the same location. My wife and I were processed on the same day in Lisbon.
Unfortunately, with the introduction of this “more efficient” appointment assignment scheme, the situation has deteriorated. The only thing you could try to do is to use the appointment date for your family members as an excuse to travel to Portugal. This will allow you to satisfy your 7-day per year (or 14-day per two years) stay requirement, provided you already received your residency card by then.

Alas, almost no one under the split appointments regime has received a residence card. Fingers crossed some do before the family appointments, but with AIMA it’s best to prepare for the worst.
I applied in 2021 and already have my card. Added dependents in Mar 2023 (including a baby born after I applied) and still no appointment for them.

6/26 my appointment scheduled for biometrics in 1/27
No card for wife yet.
No lawsuit. I’m skeptical lawsuit would help since can’t show urgency of actually living in PT
