Thanks for this post. Just to clarify (based on March 2022 update), these times are cumulative, right?
In other words, if one started the process of obtaining the GV residence card today, it would be something like 20 to 25 months (at current anecdotal estimates) before the residence card is issued and the citizenship countdown begins?

Did you get this sorted out? I canโt find out what that โTransferido SIISEFโ status means. What did you/your lawyer had to do?

According to our lawyer we have been transferred from air.sef.pt to some internal system. And we are still waiting on resolution

Here is my update in case it gives others some hope:
Application: January 5 , 2021
Pre approval: April 1, 2021
Biometrics January 2022 Lisbon
Approval : late July 2022
Expecting card in 3-6 weeks
All in about 19 months .
