Usually, it is not possible. However, Lloyds has an international account (including GBP, EUR and USD) but you need a minimum balance of 25K and pay 8GBP per month (if you have over 100K you do not pay a monthly fee).
Maybe you can try with Wise account: Multi currency account | Foreign currency account - Wise but I do not know if it is available to non UK residents.
