Or the Portuguese Advertising Code (DL 330/90)? And it makes total sense that a Philippines-based Social Media Strategist would consult with Zoark about their products catering to US Golden Visa investors using their IRA retirement funds to fund their investments. Nothing suspicious here at all. Hopefully they’ve at least registered a branch in Portugal.
