Hi, I’m Tim. Originally from the UK (where I haven’t lived for over 20 years), I am currently based in the Aegean region of Turkey, but always with an eye towards new and interesting places to visit … and maybe live.

I earn my living as freelance software developer (mostly mobile apps), working for a handful of great clients in Europe and Australia. I’m also trying to master the elusive art/skill of cryptocurrency trading, but not with much success (yet).

I’ve lived in 8 different countries, so I have a reasonable appreciation of how this game is played and the amazing potential it offers. I’m happy to answer questions and share my experiences with anyone who’s interested and I look forward to learning from the many members of this community who know more than I do.
