Was wondering if anyone considered the Portuguese Islands for the 280k GV investment option. If so, does this apply to certain parts of the island (i.e. low density) or anywhere in the island is possible for real estate investment?

I did not check the source data from INE, but this link tells us that both Madeira and Azores are not ‘low density’:
