If you (or your lawyer) received the AIMA email at the end of December / early January, and your application status was “awaiting submission”, then there are two possibilities:
- Your lawyer hit the submit button by mistake, or there was an IT glitch from AIMA —> others on this forum have remedied this by sending lawyers to the “loja” to talk to AIMA;
- AIMA has disabled submission of refreshed documents for ALL, and did so intentionally (either because processing capacity can’t cope, or because of something more Machiavellian) —> this is serious allegation.
Doesn’t your lawyer owe you a straight answer?
