ok, i thought the access errors was due to foreign ip addresses, in this case, it might just be AIMA need a new IT guy
in any case, i asked my lawyer to check status for me. still no movement since Nov 2022

It has been discussed extensively: it had to be done at initial registration at the ARI portal using your own email address and then adding the lawyer email. Have not heard that the other way round worked.

Same here. I wonder if it’s people with successful lawsuits. I have sent a question to my guys as well.
Update : Henley confirmed that they are seeing that 2022 application processing is only happening for people who have won their lawsuits. (Not us ! )

Thank you for your post! The lawyer from Legal Square refuses to provide their email address, they claim that they have a unique password to access all clients’s processes. When I showed the instructions posted by @jjmz, they claimed that it was not correct. Now, I am looking for AIMA official instructions or AIMA technical support to prove to them that it is possible to register my email. Is there a “help” in the AIMA system?
Ask them for a screenshot of your application page on the SEF website. Their email will be in a box on that page! Hopefully they won’t be smart enough to block it out.
When filling out the application at the portal, the option for real estate investment has been removed.
Does your lawyer realize that the email address and the password are two separate things, and that you are only asking for the former not the latter?
I think they know very well the difference between email address and password. In my opinion, they do not want to inform because it’s quite easy to renovate the residence card and the clients will not need the lawyers anymore, so they will lose money. That’s the only explanation!
I would appreciate anyone have an idea how I get the email that Legal Square uses to access AIMA!

By the way, the online renewals are done on a totally separate web portal, so you would not need your lawyer’s access to register there yourself.

I’ve not seen any reports of this yet for initial cards. Recent initial cards are 2 years, renewals are 3.
