We submitted lawsuit last month and AIMA contacted same week for scheduling bio metric appointment for all applicants.
Primary applicant submission in April 2023.
I highly recommend my lawyer. Very professional, quick to respond, guided me and kept me in the loop in every step and making this magic happen. Please DM if anyone needs contact details.
Congratulations and thank you for sharing. Just o clarify, AIMA pre-approved directly your applications and you moved to the biometric phase immediately ?
I will be honest. I am part happy for you and part jealous. Applied and paid for oct 2022, filed lawsuit oct-23, rejected. But now ur ruling has given me a push to file lawsuit again.
Congratulations! Pretty remarkable to see an April 2023 submission pre-approved this soon (well, relatively…). Would it be possible to share your’s and your lawyer’s methodology or angle of attack - would be greatly appreciated! (Though I understand if you’d like to keep it quiet for now)
What was the type of proof you were using of the urgency of the situation? A lease, job offer letter, school deposit? I understand that this is critical in succeeding in bringing a lawsuit.
