Do you already have the type of business in mind? are you looking to set up a new company or buy an existing company?
I am also working on the same of sole vs company, but i have been told that it will be more expensive euro150 per month for the accounts, and then a lots of other expenses, involved but if it has some tax benefit then it may makes sense
