is there a special paperwork for tax purposes that needs to be submitted for taxes. If so can it be submitted retroactively.

if we invested in hotel properties and if the residency periods starts with the day of the online submission, when is it that we are able to stay at Mercan properties (7 days /year) as part of the packages signed. originally it was after biometric approval, but with this new law, it seems that that is change is relevant since otherwise we won’t be able to benefit from our yearly hotel stay
