How to pay a salary from a Foreign Subsidiary?

I’m a citizen of the United States living in Ghana. I also own a UK Limited Liability Company (a subsidiary of my US Limited Liability Company). My UK LTD is supposed to pay my salary. What is the procedure for paying myself a salary? Is payroll required, or can I move the salary manually from my UK corporate account to my personal account each month? Due to the lack of a W-2, I wonder how tax filing will work at the end of the tax year.
