I am a Belgian citizen also considering the NHR status.
I would buy a property in Portugal and be there some time of the year. (Probably less then 183 days a year).
I work as a freelancer sales manager for an Australian company. Would that make the income foreign sourced?
How strict do you think the Portugese tax law is about renting my property out for more then 183 days a year?
