Seems so, but let’s not be too pessimistic and just wait for the new govt. and budget cycle to play out by June.
If we don’t get any movement on the portal/biometrics by end of June, I personally am going to look more closely at possible backdoor access to SEF.

My wife’s still hasn’t processed due to a request for more paperwork, so I’m not really out of the woods here either… admittedly it’s farther along and so we don’t particularly need the portal to work, but still in the holding pattern here too. :I
