Selecting a Law Firm for GV PT

See my old post. I have a passport that allows visa-free travel to the Schengen area. If I were to do it again, I would not be lazy and would instead spend the effort house hunting in Greece (if you are lazy, you end up with overpriced GV real estate; I think the program is being cancelled though). Then I would have a low-maintenance and long-term residency card that does not require an expensive renewal every 2 years. I would just carry it as part of my Plan B instead of caring about the path to citizenship. Or I should have done the EUR2m option with Ireland (program cancelled)—at least Ireland has its act together. Waiting until retirement and getting a passive income retiree visa is always an option too.
