Meaning you have been a legal resident in PT since December 10, 2019, so you haven’t yet met the five years. But we don’t know whether December 10, 2019 was your initial application date or some other milestone? I wonder if you are going to need a new certificate dated after December 10, 2024 in order to file an application after that date.

It looks like we do have two different people in this forum with the same letter from AIMA, one says the residency starts from date of application and the other says it’s the date of DUC approval.

As AIMA’s replies seem to be inconsistent, I would think you better make a certified copy of that contagem de tempo, before giving it to IRN. Thus you will keep a proof

How can the bio date be in Dec and the approval date in Aug if the approval means final approval?
