The Royal São Paulo Hotel project from the developer is a decent €280,000 golden visa investment with its guaranteed buyback and up to 4% returns. Only 4 units left though.
The developer is very clued up when it comes to the Golden Visa and the needs of investors and has designing projects based on this. There are some additional fees associated with this project but the developer is very transparent with this.
I recently had a client invest in this project from this developer and everything is running smoothly so far.
