Anyone have experience with Holborn Assets, Navigator Collection for PGV?

We have chosen to work with Holborn Assets for our Golden Visa application process. The investment that we are going to make is in the corporate investment category packaged as part of the their “Navigator Collection” at the 325K level.

I understand the risks and benefits of the plan. I’m wondering if anyone else has chosen Holborn, the Navigator collection, and most specifically the 325K investment level?

We are at the funding stage of our investment and are awaiting confirmation (October 12th, 2025).

If you have thoughts or would like to discuss I would be happy to share.

Current thoughts:
-An option if you have 325k but not more and want to come out the other end of the Portuguese Golden Visa (PGV) process with your initial investment and some return.
-Holborn Assets, through our representative, has proven to be a pretty good organization to work with so far. Good communication and support staff. There have been some issues but not any that would be outside of those expected when working with such a complicated process. So far it feels like they are delivering on what they agreed to in our contract.

What is your experience with Holborn?
Are you an investor in the Navigator collection as packaged by Holborn?
What are your thoughts?

Tchau!

Hi - there’s already various Holborn threads on this forum. Here’s just 2 of them…

Thanks PTbound for the reply!

I had seen those two threads when I searched. Thanks for pointing them out. They were interesting but I was looking for more, as I mentioned in my post.

Hopefully someone who has or is working with Holborn will reply. It would be great if someone actually is going the Holborn Navigator Collection specific route that I noted.

I’ll keep looking through the forum to see if I can find more hits with different search terms.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

I dealt with Holborn and it was an awful experience. I wouldn’t choose them if I were you. You can DM if you have more questions about my experience.

FWIW, I was originally going to do the 325e Navigator. I pulled out of it when I thought about the taxes. In particular, the rest of the money is a pre-payment on the returns. They would have put the money in my US account & then it would be transferred to Portugal.
The problem, as I see it, is that the money they sent to the US would be taxable as US ordinary income, which would have been a serious bite. OTOH, if I were to just ignore that & the IRS asked about it, that would not have been fun either.
I ended up going with another fund, which I hope turns out ok.
The twist is that it appears that it’s taking multiple years (as in, 3-4) to get the visa to start with. This isn’t so great if you are planning to move there soon.
