I have a SEF appointment at the end of august and I wanted to make a family reunification and apply to my kids at school which starts in September, can I make a reunification before that time
or applying at school before bringing them to the country
I wanted to ask also about the public schools for none Portuguese speakers because private is not affordable for me right now
