Does Online GV Renewal have Option for Permanent Residency?

I’ve seen one person report that they attended a GV renewal appointment and was able to request a switch to the "regular” PR. The person was living in Portugal. I’d probably give it a shot if I were in your shoes @jtiago. If you do, don’t forget to report back how it goes! It would be great to have more DPs.
