ARI Portal changed status back to "Awaiting application submission" after 1.5 years in analysis?

My GV application status changed from ‘Application under analysis’ to ‘Awaiting application submition’. (I suppose they mean submission).

To me that seems like my application is going backwards. Now it only shows a ‘save’ button. I contacted my GV Lawyer, but just wondering if anyone here had that happen to your application or knows what’s going on?
