I have a Biometric Appointment at AIMA on the 23rd September, 2024 but not getting any appointment slots on VFS or BLS for Visa Application. Looks like i will miss my appointment. Can my lawyer apply for a new AIMA appointment, has anyone missed their Biometric and successfully got new dates?

I believe @pichki.k mentioned they were in a similar situation and got a new appointment a week later:
I am an April 2023 applicant, with the intention of moving to Portugal once we have our cards. We submitted a lawsuit and it still has not been reviewed by the court. Meanwhile AIMA contacted my lawyer to schedule my family biometrics appointment in the middle of August.
We arranged all the latest documentation, but we didn’t receive the schengen visa in time and had to miss our biometrics appointment.
My lawyer went to AIMA offices in person and requested another appointment, to our surprise…

Yes. That’s correct. I was in same situation. My lawyer went to AIMA offices in person and we received another appointment and we got it a week later
