Looking at all the different groups with GV investments in Real Estate and came across BMG Portugal Real Estate Advisors who seem to have a few nice and affordable properties along the Southern Coast of Portugal, one in particular is a hotel offering 7% return.

Just want to know if anyone has worked with them or knows anything about them.

In fact I did not, I decided to move forward with a non real estate based investment.
