I am checking out one of Portugal Homes projects and would like to hear from anyone who has experience working with them. I can’t find much info on them other than their website.

I worked with Simon Hobson from Portugal Homes. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the market. Our particular project has hit delays on the renovation side of things. Which is apparently commonplace but of course no one mentions that when they’re selling you on the idea. Overall, happy we used them for locating the property, they seem to be a well run company doing appropriate diligence and not shilling every single property under the Sun. That’s just my impression so far!
