Hello Everyone,

Iā€™ve taken a good look at the funds option but am now leaning towards Real Estate investment, in particular because we may take advantage of the Non-Habitual Resident Tax Regime.

Has anyone used Pearls of Portugal for RE investment recommended by Thomas and, if so, could you share your experience?

Hi William,
I used Pearls of Portugal for our house purchase in Porto last year. I am very happy with my experience with Pearls and highly recommend working with them. We met with them in person on our first trip to Portugal when we were in the research phase. They also gave us recommendations for immigration attorneys and general contractors and we have been happy with their services. I believe they are very professional and trustworthy.

Hi Nathan, just wanted to reach out to know how it went eventually with pearls of Portugal. Iā€™ve spoken to them today and Iā€™m considering working with them. But thought Iā€™d check with you to know if the whole process has been completed now and all went well regarding buying and renovating the property? Do you still recommend them?

Yes, everything worked out. We are actually working with Pearls again to buy a condo, so we are quite happy with them.
