Business bank accounts without a permanent address?

My question is: what are my options for a business account if I don’t have proof of address?

I’m surprised not to see more queries about this here or on Google.
I have just opened my Estonian company and have created my Wise business account using my French residential address. In 2 months I’m going to be relocating to Vietnam and SE Asia but won’t have paperwork to prove my new [permanent and tax] residency for 6-12 months. Wise doesn’t accept trading addresses in Vietnam so I’d have to switch to another banking option.

I’m uncomfortable keeping my french address there when I’m not living there but in all likelihood are they going to notice (IP address never in France for example)? I don’t want to be deceptive but I don’t want to stay tax resident in France for 6-12 months paying high taxes when I’m not physically there.

My question is: what are my options for a business account if I don’t have proof of address?
Surely there are a large number of us here on the forum who are location independent?
I imagine a lot of people use their old address before they set off on a DN journey and they don’t overthink it. But what if the banking provider asks you to reconfirm your address? I can’t be the only one who wants to do everything above board?

Can anyone advise what is possible in 2025 for someone with no fixed address but needs a business account to do business?
Am I fine keeping my French address in the banking provider for up to a year even though I’m not in France?
Should I open more than one account while I have an address I can prove, in case one is frozen so I can continue operating my business?

Thanks!
Alex
