BWA group in Alcacer do Sal declared bankruptcy and left my project in a ruin condition. Looking for other buyers to join a group claim

Hello, I urgently need to connect with other unfortunate buyers of a golden visa project left unfinished by BWA GROUP, under a construction company name construoeiras. I made the purchase in 2021 and waited all these years to find out that they declared insolvency in April and didn’t even inform me. BWA group are still selling multiple projects and their website has AI 3D fake images of many real estates!!! looking at BWA website they did this insolvency/ bankruptcy to several projects in Alcacer do sal not just mine which is Alcacer Garden. I know that there are 10 buyers so I must connect with the other nine to plan a legal action etc. pls let me know if you are another victim or if you know of a group of victims of the ruin/unfinished/bankrupt projects by BWA GROUP.

Have you been paying IMI over the past few years? If so, try logging into Portal das Finanças, and search for “CADERNETA PREDIAL”? It might return more than one document.

If you and the other 10 buyers collectively own the title of a sub-parcel of the land (e.g. communal garden / pool), then all 11 of you might show up on one of these documents.
