The project alcacer garden at Alcacer do sal that I bought in 2021 from BWA GROUP declared bankruptcy and my investment is a ruin while I paid them everything. I’m looking for the other buyers of this project but can’t find them. It’s a disaster so best is to really research. BWA GROUP was recommended by someone so it’s really upsetting to deal with this after 5 years of waiting

Short answer : don’t trust any of them. Especially avoid buying anything from plans, in construction. Unlike the Anglo-shere, there are no inspections from the city during the construction phase which allows unscrupulous builders to deliver substandard quality, often neglecting applicable laws and regulations. The building practices are poor in general, codes are outdated, and design practices would never be possible in the "developed " world. As a licensed engineer in the US, I am often stunned in disbelief at what can be put into service. Worse yet, there’s almost no liability for shoddy construction, and many companies are simply getting away with murder.
I have fallen into one of these traps, and so are many others…
