This is a very good explanation. I have a toddler and a dog, so it’s not really practical to be flitting around between countries. I’ll either have to pay the higher tax or not reside in Portugal.
If she gets a 10 year UK tourist visa then she has the same ability to visit the UK that US passport holders do, for 10 years.
