Can anyone recommend the services of an agency/representative who can help me to update my address with the tax department here in Lisbon, Portugal?
I lived here 6 years ago so I already have a NIF and health number. However, I am unable to use the tax website because it is sending a new password to an old address that no longer exists. Catch 22.
