Citizenship application with expired residency card

Hello dear Community.
I’ve been more than 5 years under GV.
My card expired in January 2025 and I’m trying to renew but impossible.
As you know, all residency cards were extended till June 2025.
I collected all documents for citizenship.
May I apply citizenship with expired residency card according to Decreto-Lei n.º 41-A/2024, de 28 de junho extended through June 30, 2025?
I will renew card, when it is possible.

I’m in the same boat. Has anyone managed to renew or got an appointment to renew, who received an early early automatic renewal card?
