Bit of a random question, but does anyone know if you can get stock information out of private corporations in Delaware? I.e. can I see who owns a private corp in Delaware and how much each individual has?
I have been to the icis.corp.delaware.gov website, but they want $20 to get the detailed “Status,Tax & History Information”
Anyone thrown money at this before and seen stock details of a private corp and their owners?
