hi dears All,

Do I have to pay income tax as a non-US resident and owner of a US corporation or LLC?
Since I have no employees in the U.S., what taxes will my company have to pay? How do I make this payment?
If I decide to employ? What is the procedure to follow (for the state of Florida for example)? What documentation is required for the payment of all related taxes?
