Investment in Arts & Culture GV in 2024?

Why would anyone be happy with giving away 250k and receiving absolutely nothing that was promised, over two years later? That isnt to say I might not still end up happy eventually, but all the uncertainty makes me wish I had an opportunity to at least recover some of the money via investment fund or real estate. Not sure why anyone would choose this route now, knowing what a shit show ARI has become.

Donation Golden Visa

Hello, I have two questions: If I want to apply for Portugal’s Golden Visa under the donation category, how can I access the list of eligible projects? Some companies offered me a partnership where they will create five jobs, and instead of requiring an investment of €500,000, they are only asking for €250,000 and I will have benefit from the company. Is this a good option, or is the donation route better? Thanks

Donation option seems to be picking up

Looks like there has been a spike in people applying via donation option per this article Wonder what routes people are taking? Have come across just one person doing this in the forum. Considering oppurtunity costs, 200K Euro option in lowly populated areas seems interesting. Would love to get the groups thoughts. Looking to apply for GV in the next few weeks.
