Error creating account in AIMA Renewal Portal

New online ARI renewal process (Feb 2026)

Hi! Thanks for all the sharings. Just want to know does anybody, whose residence permit expired before July 2025, succeflly register on this renewal portal? My residence permit expired in 2021, and I have tried to use my three past residence permits No. to make registration, but none of them works on this portal, it comes out with the error " Cidadão não identificado ou sem acesso nesta fase". If anyone could give me some suggestions, I would be deeply grateful. Thank you!
