I have been chatting with both and see some pros and cons to each - hoping someone could help.
GGV:
- Advises on Legal
- Advises on Funds/RE
- Does not charge a fee
GCS:
- Acts as an intermediary with Legal
- Advises on Funds/RE
- Charges a fee but this covers all Legal costs
I am really torn between the two - I like my rep for both but I suspect I won’t deal with them much after I commit.
Can anyone provide any experience shares on either one?
